After 12 years of tenants, my rental house needed a complete renovation. After interviewing quite a few companies, I chose Frick's Home Services. Although Frick's was among the more affordable companies, I chose them based on Joseph's genuine sincerity in making sure I was happy with the work. He thoroughly explained how he would do things, made recommendations that saved me money and put all the specifics in writing. I appreciated his attention to details. Joseph and his crew did a magnificent job bringing this worn, disheveled, damaged house back to life. The home looks fresh and brand new. Every wall, ceiling and trim was painted. I have all new, gorgeous flooring. They made all kinds of repairs to the house, that if I had to hire someone for every kind of repair, would have cost me much more. I am thrilled with my "new" house and grateful to Joseph and his team of professionals.
